MUDDY DOG CHALLENGE 2021
Are you ready for the challenge?
Do you want to get muddy?
The Muddy Dog Challenge is a 2.5K or 5K obstacle course that you can take on with your dog by your side. Tackle the course and prepare yourself for a day of mud, sweat, and cheers! By taking part, you’ll be helping Battersea Dogs & Cats Home provide love and care for the thousands of lost, abandoned and unwanted dogs and cats that come into their care.
When: Saturday 22nd May 2021 from 10.00am
Where: Powderham Castle, Exeter EX6 8JG
Powderham Castle enjoys a unique, picturesque setting within an ancient deer park just south of Exeter. Enjoy beautiful views of the 600 year old castle whilst taking part in the Exeter Muddy Dog Challenge.
Whether you’re a fitness fanatic or just looking for a fun day out, keen to run, or would rather stroll, humans and their dogs are welcome to take part and raise money to help care for the dogs and cats at Battersea.
The events may look a little different this year, but you and your dog are still promised a fun and mud-filled day!
You can enter as a dog and human team or on your own. Adult participants must be aged 18 years or above on event day, and any children aged 8–17 must be accompanied by an adult, also taking part. Dog competitors must be 1 year or older on event day.
You’ll get a Muddy Dog Challenge t-shirt, and a bandana for your dog to wear on the day. After you’ve completed the course, you’ll be awarded a medal, and your dog will get a rosette to wear with pride.
